Where does the first part end? The Norwegian crew sing together around a fire pit. They have currently docked in the Caribbean.
Final line of dialogue on the first part: “Everybody, Everybody, Everybody, Everybody, Everybody loves Saturday night” the crew sing together.
First line of dialogue on the second part: “Do you hear that music mon?” a crew member speaks inside the Christian Radich.
How jarring is it when the first part ends? None, the crew ends off their final day in the Caribbean before leaving for the United States, nothing much exciting here.
Which part is better? The film as a whole can be quite boring at times. Being a travelogue film it’s purpose is to show the audience various locations around the world. In part one the Christian Radich leaves Norway travelling to Portugal then across the Atlantic ocean to Portia Rico. In part two the Christian Radich leaves the Caribbean and travels to New York City, New Hampshire and then back home to Norway. Part one is better as the crew celebrates Saint Sylvester Day in Portugal as well as the amazing beauty of the Caribbean.
