Where does the first part end? Following the segment of “Advancing the Front” Jeremy Riffkin explains about the Chakrabarty case. Where General Electric and Professor Chakrabarty, went to the patent office with a microbe that eats up oil spills…

Final line of dialogue on the first part: “In the age of biology the politics, is going to sort out between those who believe life first has intrinsic values and therefore we should choose technologies and commercial venues, that honour the intrinsic value and the we’re going to have people who believe look to life is a simple utility, it is commercial fare, to let the marketplace be the ultimate arbiter of all of the age of biology.” states Jeremy Riffkin.

First line of dialogue on the second part: “In a world economy where information is filtered by media corporations. Keenly attuned to their powerful advertisers, who will defend the public’s right to know? And what price must be paid to preserve our ability to make informed choices? speaks Narrator (Mikela J. Mikael), introducing “Unsettling Accounts.”

How jarring is it when the first part ends? Jarring, for some the material presented about some corporations may seem impossible, but the evidence shows that not only do various corporations bend truths in their favour, but also take advantage of ordinary citizens when given the opportunity.

Which part is better? The first part of documentary presents various elements of worldwide corporations, explaining the historical, legal, ethical, and mortal liabilities of the modern day corporation. The second part explores the relationship between corporation, consumer, and voluntary reaction of those who are exposed to corporations, their influence, and lack of workable conditions/environmental issues. The first part of this film not only brings shock, but also questions how future generations who are exposed to these corporations are impacted due to a lack of workable conditions, replacement by AI technology, and environmental impacts.
