Robert De Niro (1943- )

The versatility and skill of Robert De Niro’s acting ability puts him the elite of all-time Hollywood actors. Not only can De Niro act in any film genre, he has also been known to learn skills in order to deliver a genuine performance (ex. in the film New York, New York he learned to play the saxophone). Similar to his role model Marlon Brando, De Niro applies the method acting style and will go as far as to dress and walk like the character he is portraying (TubiViral, 2021). Much of De Niro’s optima species of acting can be seen in the 70’s, 80’s, and 90’s where he has delivered memorable performances that will continue to garner praise by critics and viewers alike.
