Michael Caine (1933- )

With an extensive acting presence that spans more than 70 years, Michael Caine is considered “one of the most durable actors in British and American cinema” (Dixon, 2022, pp. 1). His career has included over 174 film acting performances with 27 major acting nominations. He is one of the best examples of British method acting in cinema as he is able to ground himself in both voice, movement and devising to turn into the characters he portrays (Cours Florent, 2023). Even in his later years, Michael Caine has not missed a step and still brings forth strong acting performances. His memorable performances will be remembered, cherished and studied for years to come.
