How jarring is it when the first part ends? Somewhat, the practice money exchange was successful, now Ordell and Jackie (Pam Grier) are ready for the real money exchange. Will the exchange go as planned or will there be a last minute change?
Which part is better? In part one we are introduced to the various who will ultimately be involved in the climatic money exchange event. The audience sees the dilemma facing Jackie having to come up with a plan that both satisfies Ordell but also ATF agent Ray Nicolette (Michael Keaton) and LAPD dective Mark Dargus (Michael Bowen). In part two, we see the full money exchange and its aftermath resulting in many twists and fallouts. For this reason part two is given the edge.
